×Using PwC's Navigate Disputes - your responsibilities Welcome to PwC's Navigate Disputes (hereinafter "Navigate You've been given access to Navigate Disputes because you represent or are acting on behalf of a client of PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited, a private limited company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Plot No Y-14, Block EP, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700091, West Bengal, India ("PwC") or you are a client of PwC.If you engagement contract or other relevant agreement between that client and PwC.You may not use the Navigate Disputes unless you comply with these terms of usage. By accessing the Navigate Disputes and/or by clicking the "I agree" button below, you agree to be bound by these terms.
To the extent that any material you upload, or post, on the Navigate Disputes, or provide to us in connection with your access to the Navigate Disputes, contains any personal data, you confirm that you have the authority and applicable consents to disclose such personal data, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. In this regard, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Privacy Statement as applicable to your access of the Navigate Disputes. You acknowledge and agree that the confidentiality aspects pertaining to your access and usage of the Navigate Disputes ("Solution") including any personal data transmitted to PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited ("PwC") by you in connection thereto, is governed by the confidentiality and data protection clauses, assigned between PwC and the client that you represent or act on behalf of, in the underlying agreement between PwC and such client relating to your access and usage. In this regard, it is clarified that PwC has implemented appropriate security procedures to protect the security of the personal data shared with it.PwC protects this information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet applicable Indian laws and regulations. You also acknowledge that there may be third party sites, through which the Solution is made accessible to you or otherwise, hosted that do not operate under PwC's privacy practices/procedures. Where you visits such sites, PwC's privacy practices/procedures no longer apply.You should review each such sites, privacy policy or statements before disclosing any personal data. In connection with your access to the Solution you may need to link to, transmit your content to, or otherwise access third parties websites, platforms, content, products, services and information. PwC does not control and is not responsible for such third parties websites, platforms, content, products, services and information.
